Ordering & Delivery

Custom orders are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel an order, you have 24 hours from the time of placing it to do so. For urgent deliveries, please inform us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Order Amendments

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the delivery address, message, or items, these amendments must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. For urgent orders, please notify us within 12 hours so we can assist promptly.

 

Delivery Options

If no one is available to receive the delivery, you may choose to have your order left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour at your discretion. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss if these options are selected.

 

Alcohol & Hazard Notice

Certain flowers and plants can be toxic and should never be ingested. We kindly ask that you handle all products with care and keep them away from children and pets.

 

Payments & Deposits

All payments must be completed prior to delivery. If you choose to collect your order, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable upon collection. Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel within the specified timeframe.

 

Seasonal Availability

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, specific varieties, colours, or containers may occasionally be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value without prior notice.

 

Natural Variations

Flowers are natural products, and variations in size, colour, and shape are to be expected. Arrangements may not exactly match the images shown online.

Perishable Nature

Flowers are living products, and their longevity cannot be guaranteed once they have been delivered or installed.

 

Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require your order details along with clear photographs of the defective item. Unfortunately, claims made after this period cannot be reviewed.
